Auch, wenn wir uns in einem tropischen Land befinden, können wir uns auf die Qualität der Rauhnächte einstimmen. In einem vorgesehenen Tagebuch kannst du dir deine Träume und Visionen für das kommende Jahr bewusst notieren. Am 30. Dezember wird es einen Visionboard Workshop geben, um deine Vision zu visualisieren. Denn die Energie folgt deiner Aufmerksamkeit und du entscheidest, wohin deine Reise geht.

Januar, im wunderschönen Om Home, einem Wellness Resort und Hostel auf der mystischen Insel Siargao. Ich durfte diese wunderschöne Insel das erste Mal 2024 kennenlernen und bin beeindruckt von der einzigartigen Energie:

Das erwartet dich: Yoga, Breathwork, Ice Bath, Journaling, Vision Board Workshop, Sound Healing, Weihnachtsfest, Cacaoceremony, Sharing Circles, Ausflüge zu Wasserfällen und einem einzigartigen Ecstatic Dance Event an Silvester.

Neben Raum für innere Einkehr wirst du auch Gelegenheit haben, surfen zu lernen oder deine Skills zu vertiefen. Zudem wird es genügend Zeit zum integrieren und zum Erkunden der bezaubernden Insel geben.

Leave the old year behind and start the new one with clarity, energy, and heart connection – on the magical island of Siargao. We will begin this retreat intentionally on Christmas Eve with a shared vegetarian dinner. This evening also marks the start of the first Rauhnacht (Sacred Night), which symbolically represents January. Even though we’ll be in a tropical setting, we can still tune into the energy and wisdom of these sacred nights. You’ll receive a dedicated journal to consciously reflect on your dreams and visions for the year ahead. On December 30th, we’ll host a Vision Board Workshop to help you bring your aspirations to life – because energy flows where your attention goes, and you decide the path your journey takes.
